This yearbook series takes up recent trends in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution and leads them in scholarly debate. Volume V is dedicated to Professor Emeritus Martin HUNTER on the occasion of his 80th birthday and presents cutting-edge contributions by 30 scholars and practitioners from around the world. Besides up-do-date issues of general interest, such as: case management, confidentiality and impartiality, procedural justice, class action, and recognition and enforcement, Volume V includes profound analyses of specific topics in construction, banking and finance, investment, and sports arbitration. Moreover, valuable insights into transnational aspects of mediation and selected national mediation acts and practices are provided, complemented by a first assessment of online dispute resolution within the European Union.
