This yearbook series takes up recent trends in international dispute resolution and addresses them in scholarly debate. Eighteen learned scholars and practitioners from around the world have contributed their cutting-edge analyses to Volume VI, which is dedicated to Claudia KAELIN-NAUER in appreciation of her outstanding achievements in international arbitration and ADR. Besides discussions of general developments, such as the effects of EU law and Brexit on international arbitration, Volume VI provides comments on various specific issues of both arbitration and mediation, including construction and investment matters as well as the ever-growing topic of online dispute resolution.
