Federico Antich
Is a law graduate of the University of Firenze. He refined his studies in the US (UC Davis, UC Berkeley, Harvard Law School) and the UK (King's College) and holds an LL.M. in US and Global Business Law from Suffolk University Law School. He is an attorney at law practicing in Italy admitted before the Supreme Court. As a professional mediator, registered with domestic and foreign mediation bodies, since 1999 he mediated more than 5,000 cases. Mr. Antich is an ADR trainer, has lectured in several universities and is the author of many scholarly papers on civil, commercial, environmental law, mediation and dispute resolution issues. He is the President of the Italian Chapter of the Mediation Centre of Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and a member of IBLC, CILS, IBA (Senior Vice Chair, Mediation Committee), CEDR (SOLVE), ClArb and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators (IAM).

Aurela Beqari
graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana in 2010. During her studies she focused on international law and took part in several practical activities at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Attorney General. In 2016, she obtained an MA degree in European Union Studies from the Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies. There she was also part of the Salzburg arbitration team in the 22nd Willem C. Vis Moot Court. Her areas of interest include international arbitration and EU competition law, where she is currently preparing her PhD application.

Dr. Jennifer Bryant
Is an associate partner with Noerr LLP in the Düsseldorf office. Her practice focuses on national and international litigation and arbitration. She advises and represents clients mainly in complex civil, commercial and corporate disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. Furthermore, she advises her clients with respect to international, especially US litigations, in particular regarding discovery proceedings in the US. In addition, Dr. Bryant acts as arbitrator both in domestic and international arbitrations. She co-chairs the Young Initiative of the German Institutions of Arbitration. (DIS40). Besides publishing and speaking in the fields of international arbitration and corporate litigation, she lectures on international arbitration at the University of Bielefeld.

Mag. Simon Burger
Is a graduate from the University of Salzburg, Austria, where he completed a law degree (Mag.iur.) with a supplement in global studies. In addition to his studies in Salzburg and La Rochelle (France), he worked as a student research assistant at the Department of Civil Procedure Law. He has recently joined the Salzburg office of Benn-Ibler Rechtsanwälte and will shortly begin his PhD studies in the area of international law at the University of Salzburg.

Claudia Calouri, LL.M.
Is a senior foreign counsel at Eptalex Aziz Torbey Law Firm, Beirut, Lebanon. She is an attorney-at-law, duly qualified in Italy, a certified mediator and trainer. Her international practice includes international development strategy and foreign investments, international contracts and transactions, and intellectual property law. She started to practice mediation in Italy in the field of consumer law and telecommunication disputes. She is involved in the organization of training events, and seminars in the field of mediation in Italy and abroad, promoting the sound under-standing of effective dispute resolution tools in transnational commercial trade. She is a member of AIJA, the Mediation Centre of Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, ADR-ODR International Inc.
