This yearbook series addresses recent trends in international dispute resolution. Besides the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated hype in digitalization, Volume VII includes developments in various specific fields including investment, competition, and environmental matters. Eighteen scholars and practitioners from around the globe have contributed their cutting-edge analyses in order to commemorate and honor the late Professor Emeritus Hans DOLINAR, an exemplary mentor and expert of international arbitration and ADR.
